Description: |
| A "C" shaped frame, with a swinging lever pivoted from one end. The inner end of the lever has a "self-adjusting foot." The shank of the lever has a range of holes to adjust the distance between the "self-adjusting foot" and the opposing bifurcated jaw. The structure is such that when the lever is operated to compress the valve spring, it pulls "over center" and holds the spring in the compressed position.
