The reissue of this patent was assigned, by mesne assignments, to Delta Mfg. Co. This patent number is listed on page 15 of the 1935 Delta catalog, and has also been seen on the label of a Model 1200 "De-Luxe" 24-inch scrollsaw made by Delta Mfg. Co.

Note: A mesne assignment is one where there was an intermediate step. The inventor assigned the patent to Alice, who in turn assigned it to Bob. The patent would say that it was assigned, by mesne assignments, to Bob.
