Description:
Specialty pliers for applying hose coupling clamp wires. Double set of jaw enables a bent wire to form a hose clamp. The inner jaw holds the two free ends of the wire, while the outer jaw hold the bend.

Compare to Caldwell's Hose Clamp Pliers (pat. no. 191,026), which requires a metal or welded wire loop.
