Description: |
A lever at the base of the movable jaw is connected to an internal locking plate. A spring inside the movable jaw keeps the locking plate engaged with the shank. The movable jaw can be slid "closed," but the lever has to disengage the locking plate for the movable jaw to be retracted. Improved by Boozer's July 1, 1902 patent (no. 703,636). |
