Description: |
Thills are the "poles" hooked to the front of a light-weight buggy or carriage. A resilient substance was used where these poles attach to the front axle, to provide a firm rattle-free connection. This tool would help connect thills to buggy axles. It includs an adjustable wrench at the end of the lever handle. There were several thill coupling tools that included wrenches either in the patent or in the tool as actually produced. |
