Description: |
The levers have curved face gripping surfaces similar to self-adjusting pipe wrenches. They are sized to grasp the ends of rail-car axles, in order to move the railroad cars. The specifications and drawings show them in use in pairs, with one to hold position while the other is shifted to get a new hold -- with the objective being moving railcars uphill. |
