Vintage Machinery entry for J. M. Nash Co.
Description:
"The object of this invention is to provide a machine for boring by a single operation a number of holes at different angles to each other, such as are required in chair-legs, &c."

In 1890, inventor Nash began manufacturing sanding machines under his own name. Since his machines were aimed primarily at the furniture industry, as is this patent, it is quite possible that this design was also manufactured by J. M. Nash. At this time, though that is purely conjecture.
