Description: |
The slotted ratchet head and enclosing frame is designed to accomodate wheel spokes, or tubing fittings. The head has a knurled rim to turn the head with the fingers. The wrench is designed to accomodate several sizes of interchangeable heads. The ratchet is shown with a handle incorporating a knife blade, corkscrew, screwdriver, etc.
The specifications note a British patent was also obtained (i.e. GB-190308672).
Schroeder also patented the Schroeder Ratchet Spanner -- (British patent GB-190425990, Canadian patent CA-98,728) -- which was widely distributed. |
