The tool combines a rim nut wrench for demountable automoble tires, a pry for removing tires from wheel rims, and the shank is a handle for a jack. The bend in the handle is to clear the wheel hub when used as a rim nut wrench. This jack handle / wrench combo was supplied with G.M. autos in the late 1920s.
The style appears in a range of sizes; none have been reported with any markings.
