"This invention consists in the employment of two jaws or clamps for holding the stuff for forming heads of barrels, in combination with a double-edged or V shaped adjustable cutter, which is attached to a swinging lever, said lever and knife moving concentrically around the jaws or clamps, which are stationary, from a horizontal to a vertical position, or vice versa, whereby the proper circular form is given to the edge of barrel heads." |
