Description:
The assignees were the principals of the short-lived Findlay Carriage Bent Works, which was established in 1879 to manufacture bent-works (carriage hoops and wheel fellies). There is no evidence that they manufactured the machines for re-sale. In January 1881, Wright bought out Bickham, and then ceased doing business in spring 1882. A portion of the assets of the Bent Works were acquired by James P. Kerr, who established the Findlay Hoop Works at that time.
