Description: |
Container to hold multiple sharpening stones with all but the one in use partially/wholly immersed in the lubricant. Provides means to rotate and lock the desired stone in position. Production model varies from drawing in that it accomodates two stones only. Welded aluminum construction of the case. Known with "RDA" (Robert D. Amis) "Tool Sharpener Topeka KAN" marking as well with US Navy markings. It is assumed that Mr. Amis produced these himself and one example has turned up in his home town. |
