Description:
The drawings show a "two lever" rivet setting machine, (see patent no. 699,707), and details of a hook / eyelet holder that can be used in a machine of that type. The patent claims the hook / eyelet setter.

A 1914 catalog illustration for a "GEM SET" riveter shows this patent date, and working surfaces like fig. 6 in the drawings. Other details of that device reflect other Pomeroy patents.
