Description:
The distinctive feature of this patent is the movable jaw component that has pipe cutter and pipe jaw faces. This "toggle" attaches to the movable jaw frame with a pin.

Announced to the trade in 1902; within a couple of years it was supplanted as noted below.

Refined in Joseph G. Baker's August 9, 1904 patent (no. 767,199) which describes the "Bonney Masterpiece."
