An improved crosscut tooth pattern consisting of groups of five teeth with a deep gullet between groups. This tooth pattern, with the corresponding patent date, has been observed on a Disston & Son no. 26 handsaw. This saw has a secondary etch noting the Bissell & Moore Mfg. Co. The same company is also noted on the Disston no. 90 duplex saw.
