Description:
Improvement on Entrekin's Aug. 26, 1884 patent no. 304,089 belt punch pliers to add a "stripper" which holds the belt while the punch slides out after the punching operation. The "stripper" is held on by a screw and is easily replaced; the specifications note a range of sizes of stripper would be supplied with the pliers.
