Claim:

The combination of a water-tank, a bell therein, generators, valved water connections between said generators and said tank, said generators having also gas connections communicating with the interior of the bell, operating crank-rods connected to the valves in the water connections, a counterweighted oscillatory switch, connections between the same and the crank-arms, a locking device for said switch, and a lever connected to said locking device and to said bell.
