Description:
The tool combines a tack hammer and pliers/pincers jaw. The notched jaw and pincers is to hold and set the tack, then turn the tool over to drive it home. The tack holding notch could also be used as a tack puller, or alternately the tool could be made with a tack claw in the end of the handle.
