Description:
The sliding jaw quick-adjust wrench is designed to fit both hex and square nuts as shown in the drawings. With jaw modifications, the design could also work as a pipe wrench. Improvement on Carpenter's February 10, 1891 patent (no. 446,324). Produced as the 5 1/2" long "Cycle Grip" pocket wrench.
