Description:
Screw adjust pipe and nut wrench with an "over-center" clamping lever to clamp the jaws onto the workpiece.

The "over center toggle" principle appeared in the 1909 "Pat Appl'd For" LEVER WRENCH, was key to the success of 20th Century locking plier wrenches, most notably the VISE-GRIP which incorporated an over-center toggle lever in 1924 patent 1,489,458 .
