Description:
Heavy malleable iron ratchet wrench with open end wrench on the end of the handle. The patent describes the ratchet pawl action and interchangeable ratchet heads with different size internal openings. Known examples are marked "Webb Patent 1847". One known example includes size reducing inserts. Seldom found complete with a ratchet head.
