Description:
Adjustable crank-driven mechanism which can hold drill bits or wrench sockets. The tool is intended for railroad use, for drilling rails and installing the fish plate bolts. The mechanism includes a cam and pawl-driven advancing screw for the drill bit, and provisions for hooking the tool to the rail for drilling.
