Description:
This pliers has a fold-out pointed tool to create an opening for a blasting cap and fuse. The tip of the tool fits in a notch in the handle to hold it in place when not in use. The handles ends close against each other to limit the motion of the jaws in the fuse cutting and blasting cap crimping operations.
