Description:
Invention is to use an additional pulley on the idler wheel to drive a blower. The blower is used to clear chips, cool the blade, and provide drag on the upper (idler) wheel so that it does not over-run the driven wheel and buckle the blade. Compare to patent 334,735, patent 336,693, patent 338,017, and patent 338,170.
