Description:
The jaw structure adjusts by a ring-adjuster on the threaded shank. The hook jaw works on a pivot point, and is held to the frame by paired links. The end of the shank optionally forms a screwdriver on the end of the handle.

Known example pictured as no. 613 in "Antique and Unusual Wrenches" by Schulz's.
