There are two manufacturers listed: the first, J. H. Hoague & Co., manufactured the original Chicopee drill. The second, O. W. Bullock & Co. produced a Chicopee-type drill with this patent date; the chuck is different from the chucks made by Hoague. O. W. Bullock & Co. was a manufacturer of watchmakers tools, and possibly also sawsets and wrenches.
