Description:
The tool is basically a hand corn-sheller. The small end beyond the pivot point is an open end wrench; the specifications also mention wire-twister, nail puller, and weed puller.

A 7-inch long example marked "50 Cent Corn Sheller" and attributed to W. Fisher of Canton, Ohio is pictured in Jack Devitt's "Ohio Toolmakers and Their Tools."
