Description:
The back of the adjustable jaw has teeth that engage with teeth on the main bar, and ridges and grooves to keep the jaw aligned with the main bar. A sliding collar holds the moveable jaw and main shank together. The lower portions of the front face of the moveable jaw, or back side of the main bar are recessed, so that when the sliding collar is slid down, the jaw can be adjusted. The specifications describe the wrench as being made of malleable iron castings.
