Description:
The specifications describe the construction of "turn handle to adjust" nut wrenches with one or two support bars for the movable jaw. The "single bar" form has a hammer poll on the fixed jaw; the "double bar" form has fixed and movable jaws on both sides of the central main shank.

An example of the "single bar" form has the main shank and support bar round in cross section. It is marked "Fox's Patent / Steel Bar."
