Description:
Adjustment moves jaw of "open" and side of "adjustable box" wrenches in this design. Known example is a pocket wrench marked "H. Miller & Co. BELL ROCK." The company's history is summarized in THE ADJUSTABLE SPANNER, by Ron Geesin.
