Description: |
| Cup-shaped wrench end with padded interior, combined with a hard tipped mallet or open end wrench on the end of the handle; designed for inserting and removing taps from casks.
The tool was described and options illustrated in an April 6, 1860 writeup in "Journal of The Society of Arts."
