Description:
Successive versions of this wire stripper were in the tool kits of telephone installers. The handles have three sizes of hex box wrenches corresponding to the nuts on terminal blocks. The stripper ends have one, two, or three sets of these roller cutters, with the slots matching wire sizes then in use.
