Description:
Blades are bound together so only the edge is hardened with the exception of the two outer blades and the twisting and springing is prevented. The whole bundle or fagot is heated to red heat or above and then quenched in water or another bath. He indicates that he includes "twenty-two try-square blades and more in one fagot."
