Description:
Squeezing the handles forces the lower ends outward against the inside of the wheel hub, while the center socket holds the axle nut. The toothed bar at the ends of the handles locks the tool in place when it is in use. The effect is to clamp the axle nut to the wheel, so that the wheel and nut can be turned off and on together.
