Corresponding Canadian patent CA-263,019 was granted July 27, 1926.

The patent date appears in one 1926 ad for a KEYSTONE hex drive socket set, and the tapered box with hinged lid appears in a 1928 ad for the No. 555 KEYSTONE RATCHET SOC-KIT.
