Description:
The wrench is made of heavy wire, and a bent metal clip. It is designed to open the oil level and radiator drain cocks on the Model T Ford engine. The short end is designed to clear the center bore of the oil level cock.

A wire wrench conforming to this general idea, with the metal clip and the "poke" on the same end, is shown in 1920s auto supply catalogs.
