Description:
Notches and recesses in one jaw form wrench jaws and wire holders. The other jaw has a cutting edge to cut bolts and wires. The tool is intended for use by wagon and buggy makers where bolts holding ironware are tightened and then the portion of the bolt extending past the nut is cut off.
