Description: |
Claim:
In the operation of this lubricator, the oil level in the container is maintained by any desired means such as automatic float controlled feed thereto. The manner of reciprocating the cross head is also not essential to this invention, as various appliances are suitable for such purpose. It is intended that it be reciprocated either the delivery of only the required amount of oil to each of the conduits leading to the bearings of the machine, which is to be lubricated. The measuring devices having different oil carrying capacities will, upon each reciprocation, deliver different quantities of lubricant to the conduits. |
