| Improvements to patent 1,123,541. The innovation is to use "spiral teeth" on the chuck key and sleeve so that as the chuck is tightened the chuck key is drawn inward. This does not seem like a good idea because when loosening the chuck the key would be pushed outward rather than inward. |
