Description: |
The two halves of the tongs or piers-like wrench have a shifting pivot point with the adjustment held by facing interlocking teeth. Produced in both pipe and nut gripping versions marked with a bold "Z." The initial hardware trade announcements listed the nut wrench in 10 and 12-inch sizes.
The nut wrench version is #550 in "Antique and Unusual Wrenches" by Schulzes, and the pipe wrench version is #732. |
