This combination tool is based on Morris' March 7, 1899 patent (no. 620,662) tongs. This patent adds an adjustable wrench, threading dies, nut and alligator wrench jaws, pincer jaws, wire cutting notches, and a screwdriver on one handle end. The tool based on these patents is 15 inches long and was marketed as the MORRIS WRENCH.
