Description:
A hilarious combination tool, featuring four separately adjustable marking points, a sliding square blade, and to top it all off, (in the patentee's own words) "a convenient holder with means for holding gages, squares, paring chisels, scribers, compasses, keyhole saws, and the like..."

Combination tools in general tend to sacrifice usability for universality, but I can't imagine how uncomfortable this particular tool would've been to actually use.
