Report data errors or omissions to steward Ralph Brendler
Description:
This is a clapboard gage that takes a slightly different approach to marking. Rather than a sliding fence, it provides holes for a pencil or knife to ride in. The holes are placed at common reveal distances, lessening the chance for error.

Also if interest in this piece is that the reference edges are hollowed such that only the tip acutally touches the corner board. The inventor claims this allows a tight fit to be gained even if the corner boards have wind or twist in them.
