| Screw-adjust open end wrench with provision for supplemental pipe gripping jaw insert, and with handle angle adjustable. The adjusting screw is offset from the center line to give some measure of protection against accidental change of the adjustment during use. The teeth of the angle adjusting rack also work with the handle to form a wire cutter. |
