Description:
Adjustable "alligator jaw" nut wrench; the teeth on the movable jaw are intended to catch on the corner of nuts to be turned by the wrench. Corresponding U.S. patent 592,285 was granted Oct. 25, 1897.

A known example is in rough condition; it is assumed Forsberg produced the wrench at Thief River Falls.
