Description:
Wrench constructed so that turning the handle releases interrupted threads from engaging threads on the elliptical shank of the movable jaw, allowing quick adjustment of the opening size. Pins in the handle ride in grooves in the extended base of the "fixed" jaw, holding the parts together. Corresponding U.S. patent 414,772 was granted Nov. 12, 1889.
