This invention is a cut-off gauge for a large saw for cross-cutting dimensional lumber. According to a 1962 newspaper article (see the VintageMachinery.org link for Speed Cut, Inc.) this invention was first manufactured by Raab Mfg. Co., and, from 1962, by Speed Cut, Inc.
