Description:
Features included in the specifications include: laminated structure composed of metal stampings; jaw opening size determined by screw in the movable jaw structure; a "channel" in the fixed jaw structure; a "connector" between the movable handle and the movable jaw structure, and means to latch the handles together to hold the grip on an object.

The overall general appearance of the tool and operation of the adjusting screw in the movable jaw appear in the HOLDFAST TOOL CO. adjustable plier wrench which includes marking, "PAT. NO. 2397095 OTHER PATS. PEND." That patent also was granted to Milton W. Emmett.

The specifications include patent nos. 370,447, 1,169,600,1,169,601, 1,309,874, 2,156,529 and three foreign patents as references.
