Description:
This tool was used to re-cut valve seats on automobile engines. An advertising flyer from Hoerner Mfg. Co. gave their address as 3929 Moneta Ave. in Los Angeles. The model No. 1 sold for $9 and No.2 was $15. The No. 1 model fit valves 1 1/2 to 2 3/8 inches in diameter; the No. 2 model fit 2 1/2 to 3 3/8 inches.
