Claim:

In combination in mechanism of the character described, a revoluble spindle, a chuck comprising members connected for rotation by said spindle one being displace-y able eccentrically thereof, a holder rotatable about the spindle axis by said displaceable member, and means movable axially of the latter member to shift the same and said holder transversely of said spindle.
